Bookings
All appointments must be confirmed through FRESHA our booking system.
You can pay however you like at the time of the appointment ( cash, card, gift voucher etc)
Your card will be kept on file to confirm future bookings, you will not be charged unless you breach our policies.
Appointments not confirmed 12 hours prior will be cancelled.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
24 hours notice is required for cancellation.
If insufficient notice is given 50% of the booking will be charged.
No - Show - if you simply do not show 100% of your booking will be charged.
In the event your card details are not in the system, all cancellation and no show fees must be paid before you can book again. Gift cards may become void or used to pay late fees.
Gift Cards
We are not responsible if the gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. The gift card will not be replaced. The gift card may become void in the event our booking policy is breached.
