Bookings

All appointments must be confirmed through FRESHA our booking system.

You can pay however you like at the time of the appointment .

Your card will be kept on file to confirm future bookings, you will not be charged unless you breach our policies.

Appointments not confirmed 12 hours prior will be cancelled.

Cancellation 

12 hours notice is required for cancellation.

If insufficient notice is given and the appointment cannot be filled upto 50% of the booking may be charged.

No - Show - if you simply do not show 50% of your booking will be charged.

In the event your card details are not in the system, all cancellation and no show fees must be paid before you can book again.
